I have purchased an Ideapad slim 5 laptop 15ALC05 (Serial No. PF3ZHA29, Product No. 82LN00JSIN) on 7th July from Lenovo official reseller via their website https://store.lenovo.com/in/en/marketplace/seller/profile/shop/847.
At the time of purchase a cashback of 7% was mentioned on the website on credit card payment. I have purchased this via Axis bank credit card and
it has been more than a month now and I have not received the cashback.
When I tried to reach to the customer care they told me to contact the store and store is asking me to contact Lenovo customer service. Was this information helpful? |
