Lenovo — charging complaint and restart problem

My address kerala, kottayam i brought my lenovo k8 phone in 1 month sometime this phone is not charging. I meet service center but they are useless they told this complaint have not warranty. What can i do. My mobile no.[protected], kottayam lenovo service center peoples are useless this is not charging port complaint but phone is restarted the problem is solved but again this problem follow i am helpless please take my complaint
