Lenovo — Complain for services for lenovo k4 note

Dear lenovo,
I have already submit my lenovo k4 note in your service centre(z plus mobile gallery Bharuch) and my mobile is under warranty.
My problem is finger print sensor not working. And i have already submit mh phone since last 2 week but still i waiting for repair.

I request to you please repair my mobile as soon as possible.
