Lenovo — Complaint against lenovo service center for damage during screen top leakage | |||
I (SHIVINA AHUJA ) PURCHASED LENOVO LAPTOP FROM -LOTUS ELECTRONICS SUPERMARKET LAPTOP DETAILS- INVOICE DATE - 18/9/2020 INVOICE NO - 82R2001348 MODEL - IDEAPAD SERIAL NO. - SPF28WP5S There was some problem in displaY( TOP SIDE OF SCREEN MIDDLE -INK LEAKAGE) of my laptop . SENT to the LOTUS STORE (FROM WHERE GOT ASSURANCE OF FUTURE SERVICE SUPPORT)- THERE TECHNICIAN TEAM PASSED THROUGH TO SERVICE CENTER BY SAYING HARDWARE PROBLEM. Then i sent laptop to - "LENOVO SERVICE CENTER "- THERE MR. PRADEEP PATEL INFORMED ME TO CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY AND TO DROP LAPTOP TO FILE CASE FOR & PROVIDEd A RECEIVING FORM CALL LOGED DATE - 17/8/2021 (service center behind samdareeya mall, jabalpur ) NOTE- I TALKED WITH MR PRADEEP ON CALL THAT DAY AS MY SON & MR BRIJESH (MY STAFF) WENT TO SERVICE CENTER . BUT NEXT DAY DATED ON 18/8/2021 MR PRADEEP gave me a call & said that there is a damage on right side of the front laptop body . but i denied for as it was not at all at the time of deposite to service center.it was clearly damaged by that particular person only . As i didnt accept that he said ok that i ll fix ..but after fixing also a visible crack was clear . then i denied to accept laptop in that condition(right pannel break from service center only)l & with in 1 hour 18th he called to receive back my laptop .I asked to send complain details submitted by him .Mr. pradeep ferwarded me my complain details . but it was really shocking to see as i only complained to get coverage for screen top side ink leakage & other right side breakage was service center fault. BUT Mr. pradeep denied for everything & forced to receive laptop by saying case regected & by saying do watever you want for - either go to complain company or consumer court watever i want (pradeep said) . THEN I AGAIN CALLED LOTUS STORE CONSUMER SUPPORT NO(2 TIME) ON FIRST CALL TO CONSUMER NO DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE - SUPPORTING PERSON CUT THE CALL . NEXT CALL STILL GOT LITTLE SUPPORT AND I FILED MY COMPLAIN AGAINST SERVICE CENTER - MY COMPLAIN NO IS - [protected]. POINT TO BE NOTED - 1. Mr Pradeep first denied & said he didnt touch the laptop till now when he called next day before filing the case of screen, but when Mr. Manoj(area head) called him to ask the problem - he said there was an invisible air crack already & as he opened to check it became visilble.(prooved that he opened to check) but in complain from service center he said i am going to open . 2. I have audio recording of phone calls also where LOTUS STORE TECHNICIANS ALSO CHECKED BEFORE SENDING TO SERVICE CENTER - THEY ALSO DIDNT FOUND ANY BREAKAGE AT RIGHT SIDE THAT IS CLEARY VISIBLE IN PIC SENT ME BY MR. PRADEEP WHEN HE CALLED ME NEXT DAY .IF IT WAS AT THE TIME OF LAPTOP DEPOSITE THAT SHOULD BE THAT TIME ALSO VISIBLE & SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN RECEIVING SLIP ALSO . SO, THIS IS CLEARLY PROOVED FAULT OF SERVICE CENTER ONLY(RIGHT SIDE DAMAGE. AT THE END I SHIVINA AHUJA WANTS CLAIM OF DAMAGE HAPPENED BY SERVICE CENTER(RIGHT SIDE BODY DAMAGE) EXPECTING POSSITIVE HELP FROM YOU IN THIS MATTER . ATTACHING ALL THE DOCUMENTS, SCREENSHOTS OF CHAT WITH MR PRADEEP, AUDIOS & PIC OF DAMAGED DONE BY SERVICE CENTER & FORWARDED TO ME . 2. my laptop was damaged from the they told me that they gonna fix that after 4 weeks again when i went over there to collect the laptop my laptop was damaged only they tried to fixed it with feviquick which is of no use. It's been more than 2 n half months now, what to do?? And more over my laptop's is on extended warranty period for another 2 year what if i taken the damaged laptop from them? +2 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
