Lenovo — Complaint Against Service Center

I would like to complaint against the service center as it is was worst experience there.I submitted my LENOVO K900 which i have purchased on 1/07/2015 in the month of march as i was experiencing a charging problem in it.The said that the phone will be repaired in 10 days as it will take time for the part to come, but it took 21 days complete to get my phone back.After that when I used the phone i experienced three new problems which were not before i.e malfunctioning of down volume key, no light on the bottom touch keys of the phone and sound problem.I told them that i am facing such problems on the very next day, they said that it would take another 10 days almost to get the parts and i said them OK.I keep on asking them for the parts and finally they arrived after a month almost.
