Updated by PrabhleenK I am writing to file an urgent and strict complaint regarding the delay and non-receipt of my refund for parts purchased from Lenovo.
Details of the Complaint:
Invoice Date: 19th November
Purchased Parts: Hinge and LCD cover
Purchase Process: The parts were purchased after careful remote inspection by Lenovo's premium customer care agents.
However, upon visiting the authorized service center for part replacement, I was informed that the fault was minor and that there was no need to change the parts. I immediately filed a return request for these unnecessary parts on 26th November.
Timeline of Events:
26th November: Return request filed.
10th December: Parts were picked up by Lenovo for return processing.
31st December: Despite the parts being picked up, I have not received my refund yet.
This delay in refunding my payment is completely unacceptable, and I demand immediate action. It has now been over one month since the pickup, and I have yet to receive my refund.
I request that you take this matter up urgently and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities, including legal action.
Please confirm the status of my refund at your earliest convenience.
