I am extremely frustrated with Lenovo's customer service, especially considering I am on a premium warranty. I purchased two spare parts (hinge and LCD cover) based on advice from your online agents, who said they were necessary for a minor defect. However, after visiting the service center, I was told the defect was minor and the parts were unnecessary. I filed a return request on November 26th, which was approved in 2-3 days, but the pickup only happened on December 10th.

It is now December 30th, and I still have not received my refund despite numerous conversations with customer care. Every time, I am told the refund will be processed in 2-3 days, but nothing happens. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. I am writing to file an urgent and strict complaint regarding the delay and non-receipt of my refund for parts purchased from Lenovo.

Details of the Complaint:

Invoice Date: 19th November
Purchased Parts: Hinge and LCD cover
Purchase Process: The parts were purchased after careful remote inspection by Lenovo's premium customer care agents.
However, upon visiting the authorized service center for part replacement, I was informed that the fault was minor and that there was no need to change the parts. I immediately filed a return request for these unnecessary parts on 26th November.

Timeline of Events:

26th November: Return request filed.
10th December: Parts were picked up by Lenovo for return processing.
31st December: Despite the parts being picked up, I have not received my refund yet.
This delay in refunding my payment is completely unacceptable, and I demand immediate action. It has now been over one month since the pickup, and I have yet to receive my refund.

I request that you take this matter up urgently and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities, including legal action.

Please confirm the status of my refund at your earliest convenience.
