Lenovo — complaint regarding dissatisfaction from lenovo service centre

Respected lenovo team,
My is name is rajat rana. I have purchased lenovo mobile phone model no. Lenevo a6600 plus on the date 07june. 2017.
My phone is under warranty but i was facing battery issue in my phone.
Hence i gave my phone to service center
I - pick solutions india pvt ltd (Up)- 5cs
Address - c 10, first floor sector 10 noida.

I am continuously fallowing above addressed service center where i gave my phone but i am not satisfied with their response and behavior.
I gave my phone to service center on 18/07/2017. It's been 13 days but i have felt irresponsible way of talking, when i called to above service center today on 02/08/2017.
Kindly help me to maintain my trust on lenovo.
