Lenovo — Complaint Regarding Service

As I purchased Lenovo S850 Mobile on Nov 2014, but from the past 15 days I am not able to access the touch of my phone, since I already went to the service centre, as Already register my complain to the same 20 days before . As the concern person told me to handed over the set to him and I agreed to do so as he told it will take 9 to 10 days to fix the problem, but then he handed over set to me and told as he will recieve the panel he will contact me, from then to now He has nt contact me and I tried several times to contact him but he is not lifting my call as I am not the Lenovo 's customer. Very few time is left to over my warranty time, so I request you to take suitale action and fix my problem as early as possible please...
