[Resolved]  Lenovo — Computer Repair under warranty ( delay in repair)

My Lenovo A In One computer, was given for repair in pune auth service centre co No is . [protected]. Its been 10 days (given on 29/11/14)the service centre in pune incharge as I am told Mr Amit never speaks to me saying he is busyand customer care no.. says part not available and will come from another country!!!request plz look into the matter..in case things are not resolved plz replace the system as my work is suffering I have sent 2 emails to the email address of mr Ghosh given on website but no reply.
