I had made purchase of lenovo vibe k5 on date[protected]. And from date of[protected] facing issue of touch pad as my phone work automatically. Even i had contacted for technical online support with this issue in return online customer service assistant told me to reset the phone once and your phone work smoothly but unfortunately i am not received such experience with bran new packed phone. On date 19-aug-2016 i had submitted to service center in pune (411028) @ this time service center told me that need to replace touch pad having issue. As on date 3 days passed still i am not receiving any detail when my phone is given back to me. When i contacted to service center they are replying me to contact online customer care and customer replied me to contact service center.
Kindly update me in this issue from i'll get response about current status of my phone.
Thrice since launch complaint to service center but they are not update and giving right information on the same.
