I have purchased a laptop with Lenovo Order No. [protected] on dated 5th July 22 and same was delivered on 9th July 22.
On the same day, I have opened the laptop and tried to turn on and same was not turning on.
I immediately contacted the customer support and explained my issue. The customer support asked to do some of the things but nothing helped .
Then he asked to send the laptop 6 angle pics and Invoice and was said that the Engineer will visit and replace the laptop by Monday.but till date nothing has happened.
The defective laptop is still with me and I am mailing Lenovo on daily but not getting any resolution on this..
