Lenovo — Defective Lenovo smartphone & unsatisfactory Service | |||
Ear Sir/Madam I purchased my Lenovo Vibe S1 mobile phone on 10th May'16. Till Aug 2nd week, it was working perfectly OK but after that suddenly the phone was dead i.e not switching ON. I went to your service center at Sahara Mall, MG Road Gurgaon. They repaired the phone by replacing display unit & delivered the phone after almost 7 days. Since then the the battery started draining very fast and I had to carry power bank all the time & by the 3rd week of Sep, my mobile started getting switching off automatically even with 60-70% of the battery. The full charged battery used to last only 1.5 to 2 hrs. Again I went to your same service center on 19th Sep'16, they again took 2 days to repair the phone & delivered to me on 21st Sep'16 citing that the software has been updated. Just after taking the delivery, when I went outside the service center & switched ON the phone it again started switching OFF again & again. Again I went to Service center & complaint regarding the same. Again the phone was deposited in service center for further 3 days. This is really frustrating & I am really disappointed with the product as well as the service of Lenovo. This is the worst phone which I have owned in last 15 year & the service experience is also unimaginably unsatisfactory. Was this information helpful? | |||
