Lenovo — delay in back to college offer in my laptop

Hi,

I have applied for lenovo btc offer before one week. My reference number is adp-btc-062045. It is showing still document verification is in process. So i unable to understand how much it will more take to get the payment link. I am much concern that whether i am getting the offer or not. It is very poor service from lenovo and very disappointing. I have mailed before from this reference number. But still no response received from your end. Tried multiple to reach you but again no hope..

So requesting you to please consider my request and help me to have this offer.

I also mailed to [protected]@lenovo.com. A ticket is generated as #4911#. But no other process is taken after that. I have tried to reach by
[protected]. But again no hope.
