Lenovo — Delay in customer service

Sir i am susant kumar biswal mob-[protected] i have a lenovo smart phone one month ago my phone shows problem i went to lenovo care on dt 31/11/2016 BHUBANESWAR saheed nagar ODISHA and submitted my phone for repair but now it is already completed 26 days till now i am NOT getting my phone WHEN I TELEPHONE THEM THEY TAKE IT CAUSALLY and disconnect the phone so am facing lot of problem.So i am totally not satisfied with the customer care executives. so kindly help me in this matter.
