Lenovo — Delay in repair of Smart Phone

My Lenovo Smartphone Model A6000_16G had gone faulty and was deposited in authorised service centre on[protected]. The Job Card No is SOINO[protected]. They have taken an advance of Rs 1000/- and had given 04 Jan 2017 as expected date of delivery. It is 09 Jan 2017 and the phone has still not been repaired. Every time I call the service center they sak for two more days to repair the phone.
