[Resolved] Lenovo — delay in service support | |||
I am manoj prasad, I have submitted my lenovo G585 Laptop bearing serial number CB22057432 to the company's service centre as there is problem of battery not charging. Since this service is pending from 4-5 months and till date I.e. 24/12/2014 I haven't received my laptop. When ever I have contacted there service centre they give me the same answer that the part has been ordered and till date there is no response.I have called customer support as well as nearest service centre in siliguri several times but they are not taking this matter seriously as well as they don't pickup the call every day I am getting harassed by your support team tell me how long should I wait it has already crossed warranty also without using it properly and now I would like to demand for the new laptop as it has crosssed my patient. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. Waiting for a positive response from you people.
