Lenovo — Delivery delays | |||
Hey, i purchased newly launched lenovo K6 note. and it's touch screen stopped working after 4 months. i went to authorised lenovo service center, patna, Bihar. and they said that it will be delivered to you by 3rd july (i gave on 28th july), yesterday i called they said on 4th, today i called they said that it will be on 11th july!!! i mean what the hell is this? it is complete harassment of your older and regular customer . .my IMEI number is : [protected] service center :M/S New Tech -Pwn room-12, first floor, ashiyana galaxy, exhibition road, patna, Bihar. I had ordered a Lenovo ideapad laptop on 15th of June 2017 and they promised to deliver in 10-12 days.
status of order is showing "shipment delay".
sent so many emails to customer care and support of Lenovo but not action taken yet.
