Lenovo — Denying repair under warranty | |||||
Bought this phone on 13 may 2016 and has got some touch problem in april 2017 now. They are asking for rs2500 to repair though phone comes under warranty and there is no physical damage on the phone. They are giving irrelevant reasons not to claim under warranty. Please escalate it and get this repaired. It was my worst decision to try lenovo.
