Lenovo — Discrimination against Deaf People | |||||
Lenovo refused to sell me a tablet because they cannot verify my identity through speaking to me on the voice phone, but I am Deaf, so that is impossible. I verified my identity for Lenovo via the service ID Me in order to get a senior discount, so Lenovo already has my identity verified. But they insists on the cutomer being able to hear and speak over a voice phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
