I had placed order for l470 laptop (20j5a1ceig) on[protected]. This was a pre-order and supposed to be shipped on[protected]. On 16th they changed the status to shipment delay. I was informed that my product will be shipped within a week (20th sept) as they are facing procurement issues. After a lot
Of communication, on 23rd they informed me that my product is not available and i should select any alternative product. This was not acceptable to me. I asked them for refund. On 27th they informed me that my refund will be initiated. On 4th oct i received the refund details and finally on 7th oct got the refund.
First thing is, their helpline (Phone) is always busy, so it is very difficult to contact them. Also their response time via email is too much.
Second, they repeatedly gave me wrong information like, their site showed the product is available but their email communication and executive over phone were saying it is not available.
Third, what they communicated never happened or was delayed like, product delivery and refund.
Fourth, they always told me one executive is responsible and looking into my issue and she will call me back. She never called back. Was this information helpful? |
