Lenovo — Earphone not working

Dear team,
I have purchase a mobile of lenovo a 7000 dated - 16th of oct-15. Now my phone create a problem in ear phone. I have gone your service center at sanjay place agra. He says that your warranty laps due to screen damage & water problem. But my phone is ok only problem is in ear phone. So request you to please look in to this & resolve the issue.
