[Resolved] Lenovo — Experiencing low FPS(probably faulty Graphic Card) on my laptop
I own a "Lenovo Legion 5-15IMH05" and the product is still under warranty. Suddenly from 10 days ago, I am experiencing low FPS(frames per second) on all my applications(around 40, which previously used to be 210/220). My product is under "Premium Onsite Support Warranty" which they advertised to provide support for all hardware and software problems onsite, but I have made several calls to their customer support number and they just take remote access and update everything and still the issue is not resolved. After that on some calls they directed me to reinstall the windows myself and that they cannot send a person for that as they provide software support on calls only, I did that too but still, the issue is not resolved. And after that, the customer support is not responding to anything and just directing me to update everything. They have automatically closed my tickets and I have again opened a ticket with them and it is in a forever pending state.

I need my product fixed or replaced as it is still under warranty and I need help onsite as advertised by you in your warranty.

The issue is resolved now, the company replaced my motherboard at my home. Although it may be just because I was lucky to get a guy on the customer care who was patient and understanding enough to comprehend the issue and he made it happen, thanks to him, he resolved the issue before this complaint was submitted to the company by this portal.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
