Could you lease help on this? I am not getting any response for the repeated mails and updating the ticket directly?
May I know what is the status of this diwali offer? It is been already 10 days that I have registered this request. The ticket still shows 'unassigned' and nobody contacted on this. Is this the kind of service you are giving to customers? I am really unhappy with this.

Hi,
I am not getting any response from the given email ID and I am unable to get a connection with the contact number you have provided, it is always busy.
