Lenovo — Faulty P11 Tablet received

I have purchased P11 Tablet from Lenovo Authorised website and i received the Faulty product, - Issue with display, and touch panel is not working. Informed the Lenovo, and i have not got any response from anyone. they just sending my queries with different people/team. I received the tablet 2nd August and i noticed the issue at same time. I raised the concern immedeatly. Almost three days but the issue is not resolved. Multiple details sent to multiple teams.
