Buy a laptop 7 months ago. Last month it got some problem. raised the complaint with customer help desk. Even after having onsite warranty, they asked to visit the service center for fixing the problem (which was 100 km away from my place). Violation of first terms and condition. Create a lot of trouble to replace the defective part, even though the laptop was in warranty. After a lot of struggle from my side, it got replaced. After some time again my system faced the same issue.
Now I have raised the request with them almost 7 days ago, still, they do not eagerly provide any solution to it. Due to this, I am facing severe academic losses. They are continuously miss guiding me about the services and every time when I called them, they assure me to provide the service but still I am not hopeful of getting it done .
