Lenovo — Goodies yet to dispatch of BTC offer | |||
My BTC ticket is -BTC66721 I have took an offer of BTC "2 Year Additional Warranty AND 2 Year Additional ADP And 1 TB Hardisk" on 24th August 2016. I have got the 2 years waranty but haven't got the 1TB hardisk yet. I have call customer care too many time but no one answer call, also send mail but no reply from lenovo team. Almost 75 days completed still I didn't got any information about my goodies.So kindly solve this and send the tracking number to my mail.I hope u will solve the problem Was this information helpful? | |||
