Lenovo — Hanging and need to restart my phone

Dear customer service

I have a complain about the mobile phone i have bought on 1st April 2016. The set is hanging every 10 to 20 minutes o[censored]sing the application and gets dark screen. So fricuntly I have to restart the phone. I Hope it has software problem. I went to the place from where I have bought the phone but they refused to change my phone.
