Lenovo — Headphone socket not working properly

Sir,
Most of the keys of my laptop Lenovo B590 are not working for 2 weeks and also the headphone socket is not working properly and also the rubber present on the screen are detached .In addition to these the performance of the laptop is not good and was slowed down.I am attaching the bill and configuration of my laptop
