Lenovo — Heating problem

When I use the internet my lenovo k4 note is so heating. Its so embracing for me when I put in my pocket due to heat I can't hold or put in my pocket. Can I solve this problem? Please give me answer..

How can I complaint here. I can't posting here but why I don't know I think its too short complaint how rubbish I have a only one complaint please post it
