I am here to show my utter dissatisfaction with your service department. With reference to Service Order Number [protected]. I gave my ideapad U410 laptop(Serial number QB[protected] which is under warranty to your service centre located at Janak Puri, New Delhi on 6th June for some display issue. Initially I was told that there are issues in RAM that needs replacement which was supposed to be replaced within a day or two. For the next 15 days they kept on telling me to wait for some days as the product life has ended. Finally on 19th June they called me and said that the part is not available and now the refund for the product will be raised in few days. After the assurance of refund from their side, I ordered a new laptop but again on 24th June, I got a call that they will now be able to repair my laptop as they got the replacement part and the repair will take around 2 days. I cancelled my order for new laptop and again after 2 days, I was told that the part is incompatible and said that they are again raising a request for the new part. Now they are again saying to wait for 2-3 days as they are looking into the matter.
I am really frustrated with the kind of service your support center is providing. A RAM replacement take few hours and your “capable” service team has already taken a month and still I am not sure how much more time they will need. I am in touch with even the operations manager of the customer support team but still no help.
I really want this to be settled as early as possible and if not, I am sorry to say but I will have to approach the consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
