I reached out to lenovo's pune serive center in fc road. The shop timing was till 7 pm but they did not accept my case even at 6 pm. Next day again i went for repair and now they are saying your phone has scratch so it is out of warranty. The mic of phone is not working and they say it is out of warranty as it has scratch. Now tell me how does a scratch is related to mic not working. Was this information helpful? | |
