Lenovo — How many days it will take a service of mobile

I am submitted the mobile on 22/06/2017 in teli mobile service llr road shimoga job sheet number is soin[protected]. Service center people still not hand over my mobile, service center people told to me you will not come to service center when the mobile is ready that time call you. So what can i do. Lenovo mobile and server center is very very worst. Lot off time cal to lenovo care but not use, lenovo care people is not respond properly.
