Lenovo — I did not received my BTC Offer gift till now.

I did not received my BTC Offer gift till now. Ticket Number is BTC51992 ...as informed by [protected]@lenovopromo.net that the "Gift returned due to no service" ...but our neighbor 'Shri Babulal Meena' had got his gift through courier service from our nearby courier center, co-ordination with "Sakshi Medical Store, Parasia, distt. chhindwara (MP)". ...my one more neighbor also waiting his gift named Shri Bachul Kumar Singh.
