I had first raised this ticket on 07th Oct. 2022. The first technician assigned to me was unaware of how to open the pc, so he scheduled another technician to assist me. The new technician ran diagnostics, updated my PC. Replaced the motherboard and the speaker and updated drivers. The speakers still did not work and had NO sound at all. At which point technician instructed me to re-update my PC. The following day after updating, the speaker still remained FULLY non functional but my Issue was shown as "resolved" on the issues tracking website.
I have made multiple attempts to contact lenovo support.
They have not responded or assisted me in how to proceed with this situation. My PC is well within the warranty period. Was this information helpful? |
