Lenovo — Ideapad 3-15IML05 Crashing

- Laptop continues to crash, tried all methods suggested by Tech team, but none seems to work.
- Issue is unresolved since October 2021 (more than 5 months)
- Tickets raised so far ([protected], [protected], [protected])
- Tried escalating the issue, but received no response from Lenovo, apart from asking me to get in touch with Customer Service Team.
- Desired outcome required:
- Urgent resolution to the issue OR
- Money returned

Updated by resh.rav Despite replacing the hard disk, the system is still crashing. And customer service team is asking me to share a video of the error.
What is Lenovo trying to hide? Why are they not sending a person to check the laptop physically?
