Lenovo — IdeaPad Duet 3 10IGL5

Touch screen has not been working. First they take 20 days to update warranty support and after registering premier care support complaint it is now 5 days and of the same 4 days not reachable. They just do pass the parcel without opening the parcel and resolving. Live agent, call or agent saying will call back all the same. Seems to be a gimmick to avoid replacing the product. They ae sitting on one basic problem. TAB is supposed to have touch screen working and they are not even bothering to attend to this complaint.
