Lenovo — Ideapad S145 | |
While the unit was in warranty (SN PF1Q3MAK) and case# [protected] it began typing a continuous forward slash. Called it in the unit was sent to Lenovo. It was returned about 3 weeks later. It worked fine for about a month and now have the same issue. It is unusable. I called it again 1-18-21. I was informed I it was out of warranty and I have no recourse. When it was sent the first time it was in warranty, now I’m told that they can’t issue a repair ticket for an expired warranty. Since it was in warranty then and it wasn’t repaired properly or it is defective. I have a Lenovo tablet, that I like, which was the reason to buy the laptop. I am very disappointed with Lenovo. It doesn’t back up its product and treats customers, particularly during the pandemic, unfairly. Replace the unit at your cost and do what’s right. Was this information helpful? | |
