Lenovo — Incident:[protected]

Laptop was purchased on Feb 04, 2020. As per above INC, the resolution was not provided yet. Later exactly an year after when the warranty period over, agent was gathered the proofs and invoice, he said that warranty was over.

I have created the complaint during the warranty period. I am unsure that, Whether Lenovo has 1 yr of SLA in customer service to only pick single case up and to send Initial Response to customer.

Notifying customer support is not a resolution. Once the response provided from them, is the proper resolution. Keep this case open
