I bought a lenovo laptop on 3rd November, 2013.
With which It had a Lenovo Diwali Offer as per which I am eligible to get a coupon of Rs.2000/-
So, I registered for it on lenovodiwali.com and they asked me to send the invoice copy, ID proof & Serial No. on the laptop.

After this procedure they said that I will get a reply on it within 5-6 days but however, they afterwards delayed the procedure saying that due to heavy redemption your coupon request is delayed.
And when I mailed them a very no. times asking about coupon they asked me to send a readable copy of invoice with dealer stamp after a month.
Even after sending the scanned READABLE copy of invoice I got a warning message that my documentation is incomplete and if I dont send them before 15th Dec my redemption request will be closed.
So, I sent them the documents again but today as on 20th Dec they mailed me saying that your redemption is declined due to incomplete documentation even after sending the the invoice for 3-4 times.
And now it has been 3 months but still i have not received any coupon code.
I request please take a sever action against such cheating and disappointing service and also help me to get me justice.
