Lenovo India — Lenov P-780 submitted for change of touch screen not returned even after 2 months

I had submitted my Lenovo P-780 smartphone to the Lenovo Pune service center (HCL) on 21st January 2014. The touch screen of the phone had cracked. Its more than 2 months (21st March 2014) and I have yet to receive my phone back. Each time I call them, I am told that I would be getting it in 3/4 days, however no action is taken after that. What do I do now?
