I bought a Lenovo C440 desktop in November 2013.
I started facing Auto Restart issue in December 2013.
I called Lenovo several times. They sent their engineer 4 times and they replaced the motherboard, the hard disk (twice) and the hard disk cable. But the problem still remained. I have asked for the PC to be replaced several times but they refuse.
I have invested more than a lakh of rupees in terms of my time and working efforts.
This machine has cost me Rs. 52, 000. It is a total loss.
I am not being able to reach any senior contact person in Lenovo as all their numbers lead to only service centres.
I am frustrated.
