Lenovo India Pvt Ltd — About lenovo laptap and their worst & delayed services for returns & refund. | |||
My name is Amit.I am writing this mail to you because I am totally frustrated with Lenovo and their services. I purchased a laptop from Lenovo registered local dealer at Uttam Nagar New Delhi. I purchase that laptop on price 23000 rupees. On the next day I seen running lines and gradients, pixelations on the screen. These lines are totally visible. It seems that Lenovo is using such a bad quality of display in this series of laptop. Then I reported again the dealer shop on the 2nd day after purchase and told them about these defects, then they checked it and remarked it with their technical person. Then they given me a conclusion that this was a factory default defect. They can't do anything they shown 2 same series models of laptop which have that running lines, pixelations, gradients ( same defects)on the screen. Then after that I checked Lenovo other models and laptops they all are fine and they doesn't have any defects on the screen like running lines and gradients. I also check the same series model with Intel I3 processor even it doesn't have any defects.It means Lenovo is using totally poor quality of display in the laptops only in this series.I was really shocked that Lenovo company done this. I don't know whether it's a fault of Lenovo company or Lenovo dealer or sales person but this is the big defect and for me I am a designer so I can't afford this. the lenovo salesperson Shahrukh told me that they have another pieces and that have also same problem.But they doesn't told me about this problem while i purchased it.They are selling these laptops by befooling customers as they put totally black wallpaper on the desktop of the screen. So these lines becomes hidden on black.Such a decieving trick they used.So if they replace it but it did not close my problem because another laptops of this series have same issue so they returned me.On next day i contacted salesperson Shahrukh again and told that I want to change that laptop I want refund or an upgraded laptop which fits on my budget.then the salesperson clearly told me that they does not do any help for it Again I was shocked. he told me to contact service centre and company this was really frustrating. then I gone customer service centre on the 5th day of purchase they collected my machine and I told them all of the issues with display I am getting from the laptop.The name of the technical person is Nadeem he examined the laptop then he collected my laptop and given me acknowledgement slip they told me to go home and also told me that he will call me once they get DOA certificate from the Lenovo Company.Hence now I am sitting in the house and crying why I purchase this laptop from Lenovo I paid everything, it was 6 day and I am still without laptop I called Lenovo call centre and told about everything to the executive then they told me it is a long process of 15 to 30 days then this was the third time I was really shocked 15 to 30 days such a big time for me, even i can't do anything.My projects still struggling without laptop but now I am frustrated and irritating and writing this mail to you to help me kindly help me I want my refund I don't want any relationship with Lenovo again and forever kindly initiate my refund please help me. D-118, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi-81 Salesperson Name- Shahrukh Lenovo UN LAPTOP DETAILS Model-G50-45 80E301A6IN Serial No-PF06V5W4 Price-23000 rupees Lenovo Service Center Details Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt.Ltd. building No.4, 2nd floor B-1 Community Centre, Janakpuri Delhi-110058 Technical Person-Nadeem Khan after 15 days from date of purchasing laptop- I got DOA certificate on yesterday.But when i shown that certificate to dealer, then he is telling me that they doesn't give me replacement or upgraded model on the same day even they are not confirming me that whether they will give me upgraded laptop or a replacement..They are telling me that they will collect the defective laptop and all the accessories with box and give me the whole result for replacement on the 3rd day after submitting.They are also telling me that other laptops of this models they have in the shop, having the same problem...so i told him to give me an upgraded model and i can pay the existing amount.The most frustating thing is that the shop is too far from my house and they are not giving me replacement on the same day.If they doesn't able to give me replacement or other laptops of this series are defective so they can give me an upgraded laptop.Why they are not doing this???Kindly tell me is it my big fault that i purchased my fist laptop from lenovo???i purchased laptop on 30th november, 2015 and i returned on 5 december and i struggled for DOA certificate at the service center.I also wasted my money and time...still now the dealer is telling me to wait for 3 days or more...Kindly help me sir to buy an upgraded laptop from the dealer on the same day when i visits there.other wise i struggled too much and the shop and the service center is too far from my house, i visited service center and the shop alot of times for justice but they are streching it lengthy and more lengthy and the last thing is coming in my mind is i[censored] are not able to give me justice then i have to go on consumer court for that...realy worst too worst replacement serviced from lenovo...u just think from my side how i am feeling after these thing happening with me by the dealer and the lenovo company ...Kindly help me sir... Laptop Serial number-PF06V5W4 This is realy enough to tolerate this type of worst service processing by lenovo...I dont want any replacement right now.I only wants to get a refund.I purchase this worst laptop by lenovo on 30 Nov 2015 & today is 22 december still without laptop, it was my biggest fault in my life and i always keep in my mind this whenever i buy electronics in future. So kindly initiate my refund.I dont want any relationship in future or in present with lenovo.
