We bought 2 laptops under Diwali offers which has 4000 + 2000 INR cash back cum coupon offer.
They told that there are some documents [serial no scan/invoice/Id proof].
We submitted both on dates:
a. Submitted on 27 October 2013
Ticket: #UES[protected]
& Redemption Request #BC25517386
b. Submitted on 10 November 2013
Ticket: #OKT[protected]
& Redemption Request #CB24296107
For case a). [For Cash back of 2000 INR] There is no reply at all. Even though we asked them 3-4 times on their
Diwali offer site.
For case b). [For Cash back of 4000 INR] They send me one mail on 30 November 2013 that my invoice is wrong,
True, Lennovo store person gave wrong invoice, so corrected and submitted them with in 4 days.
But now, At sudden they SMS me today on 13 Dec, 2013 that
"Your Lennovo Diwali regn status is incomplete and your final chance to send readble docs(serial no scan/invoice/Id proof) expries on 15/12/2013"
As i already submitted all the documents, and they are taking time and didn't tell me which document is wrong.
How they can say that final chance, and it expires on 15 Dec.
