[Resolved]  Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd — Diwali offer on laptops

We bought 2 laptops under Diwali offers which has 4000 + 2000 INR cash back cum coupon offer. They told that there are some documents [serial no scan/invoice/Id proof]. We submitted both on dates: a. Submitted on 27 October 2013 Ticket: #UES[protected] & Redemption Request #BC25517386 b. Submitted on 10 November 2013 Ticket: #OKT[protected] & Redemption Request #CB24296107 For case a). [For Cash back of 2000 INR] There is no reply at all. Even though we asked them 3-4 times on their Diwali offer site. For case b). [For Cash back of 4000 INR] They send me one mail on 30 November 2013 that my invoice is wrong, True, Lennovo store person gave wrong invoice, so corrected and submitted them with in 4 days. But now, At sudden they SMS me today on 13 Dec, 2013 that "Your Lennovo Diwali regn status is incomplete and your final chance to send readble docs(serial no scan/invoice/Id proof) expries on 15/12/2013" As i already submitted all the documents, and they are taking time and didn't tell me which document is wrong.
