We have raised this issue last 2 months back still its not resolved.
No one can response anything regarding this. We really felt bad about u r service. So, am again requesting you to response regarding this issue.

Problem : we have purchase this laptop 1 year back. System details i have mentioned in my last mail kindly look in to that.

Actual problem is we are unable to load software for same system. Its getting hanged. System is unable to boot.

So, please look into this issue. And help us to resolved it.
