Lenovo — issue not solved yet (20 days from complain). worst customer experience ever. | |||
S/no. - yn0065fn Lenovo customer care and laptop are irritating me from 3/12/19. 3/12/19 - flickering issue on screen. 6/12/19 - engineer visits (Looses one nut at the back panel and creates a additional problem in closing back panel my laptop) 8/12/19 - new complaint registered for engineer re-visit 8/12/19 - 14/12/19 (Continuous calls for engineer visit but no one comes (It feels like fooling customers) 15/12/19 - laptop display flickering started again. 16/12/19 - engineer comes at home without nut for back panel and argues for non-availaibility of same nut. Another nut added but flickering problem was not considered as lenovo wants proof that customer is facing problem. Engineer says to make video along with another device connected to check the core problem. 23/12/19 - finally at 1:48 a. M. I was able to make a video as asked by engineer as a proof. I asked for re-visit. (Flicker occur between 31 and 32 sec.) Screen flickers in laptop but not on televsion when attached with hdmi cable. Here are proof of my actual problem (Other than created by lenovo premium care engineers). 24/12/19 - The engineer was supposed to come as per talk with support system but today support system says for no re-visit was planned. I have to leave for college and my projects are pending as i lenovo engineers and laptop wasted my vacations. +3 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
