[Resolved]  Lenovo — Issue regarding the online service provided by the company

I brought a lenovo z 51-70 by snapdeal with a invoice of 30-jul-2015. within on month the laptop stops working and its main component motherboard stops working. i complain the lenovo through call at 30-aug-2015 and they give me a complain number-[protected]. they said that they dont have the part and i have to wait for it. after lots of effort from my side after 40 days or more they said they will replace my laptop and tell to request for it on [protected]@lenovo.com. i did the complain and they request me a copy of invoice which i provide but the did not take any action and now also after 60 days or more of the complain there is no responce from there side. i request you to please look into the matter and provide me my replacement as soon as possible.
