I bought K3 Note smartphone In Dec’15 and in last 30 days it has undergone a repair thrice at Noida service centre (I Pick Solution C 10, Sector 10, Noida) but to my surprise enginners have failed to diagnose the cause. They initially changed the touch followed by mother board twice but the phone is still in a non- working condition.
The services extended at Noida service centre is highly unprofessional and I certainly believe that the staff at Noida Service centre is highly irresponsible, insensitive and lacks accountability. Engineers are incompetent to understand and resolve the issue. My phone was submitted 10 days back for the 3rd time and they are still awaiting approval from Lenovo corporate office to proceed. Nobody respond on the landline number at service centre. Noida service centre operational and logistic management at the centre is beyond explanation. It is terrible. They make you wait for hours before addressing your query.
Buying a Lenovo phone was a biggest mistake as their product does not match market standards and their post sales service is pathetic.
My experience or you can say 7 months painstaking journey with Lenovo has been disappointing as the brand lacks accountability and management does not have a customer first attitude in mind.
