Lenovo — K4 note - faulty phone provided | |||||
I bought a Lenovo K4 note on 16th Feb 2016 and after 10 days it has stopped working with screen showing lines. I went to the Lenovo authorized center at Technocare Solution Pvt Ltd in Janak puri. They refused to accept the phone stating that there is an internal damage while there is no physical damage and while leaving primarily they said we don’t have any parts since this is a new model. They asked me to leave the phone and it will be repaired on chargeable basis since it is a liquid spillage and there wont be any replacement. Authorized center confirmed that there is a liquid spillage and since there is not visible physical damage on the phone, it can be internal issue as well. But it will be on chargeable basis only as it cannot be ascertain on the reason. I contacted the Lenovo Company for the escalation but after having continuously exchange mail for the past 7-10 days, there is no resolution being provided by the company.
