The customer service facility is very very poor.I bought my phone in the last week of jan. It was working well for past 3 months until this week when my phone suddenly got switched off and was not getting back on.I went to the customer care center, i.E in hyderabad (Sri vinayaka electronics, abids) and submitted the phone.My reference no. Is 30078.They said they will do servicing and let me know about the issue in 2 days.But they didn't called or text me anything and in return i only called and asked them. Some lady on the front desk says motherboard has to be replaced since its not getting powered on.I inquired more about the issue, but she doesn't know much and also when i asked for someone who can answer my queries, she always says that they are all busy noone else can talk to me.I didn't liked her attitude.
Also i wonder, my phone is just 3 months old how can there be any issues with its motherboard, as i don't use it so much for playing games or calls handling, i just use it for listening music and for some chat apps.With 3 gb ram that much use wouldn't be putting much load to the phone that my motherboard will crash.These customer service people says the same (Motherboard needs to be replaced) to everybody it seems, even if there is some other issue.They don't inspect much i think.If a new phone is also having motherboard issues then they should replace the complete set only instead of its part.Very much frustrated with their service.!!!
