REspected Sir,

I have purchased a Lenovo Smart Phone K6 Power. There is a problem in mic in the phone. I have made somany request to solve my problem. But till today my problem is not solved by the lenovo company.
Now I will be force to move to the court of law.
It is therefore requested that kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

but i have many times problem ...In mother board
your service provide changed the mother board in this prosses my phone ram consumed 3gb to 2gb please solve my problem my headset is not working well..

My phone digitizer screen glass is broken. Lenovo service centre at my city Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India is asking for Rs 5350. Lenovo service centre at Kolkata, West Bengal, India charges only Rs 4350 for the same. Lenovo is refusing to accept this commercial malpractice as a complaint. Lenovo is saying pricing depends on service centre.
